The Provision of Essential Needs is a vital part of the work of Yeffe Christian Ministry. We recognize that many vulnerable children and families struggle to meet basic daily requirements, which affects their health, dignity, and ability to thrive. Our ministry responds with compassion by addressing these immediate needs while offering hope and long term support.

We provide food, clothing, and other essential items to underprivileged children, street children, teenage mothers, and families facing hardship. This support helps ensure that children are nourished, protected, and able to focus on their education and personal growth.

Beyond meeting physical needs, we aim to restore dignity and reassurance to those we serve. Our approach is rooted in Christian love and respect, ensuring that every individual feels valued and cared for. Where possible, essential support is combined with mentorship, counselling, and referral to education, health, or rehabilitation services.

Through the provision of essential needs, Yeffe Christian Ministry offers more than material assistance. We offer comfort, stability, and a reminder that no one is forgotten, helping vulnerable individuals and families take their first steps toward a safer and more hopeful future.

Matthew 25:36) “I was naked, and you clothed me, I was sick, and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me,”

In 2024 we had a wonderful outreach with the street kids in Jinja town, where we met over 30 street kids and visited over 24 families.

In 2024 still did a really wonderful outreach to the people of Karamoja, where we visited over 500 households facing severe shortages. We also distributed assistive devices and provided specialised care to improve. Evangelism was also carried out, organising events that engaged over 1,000 community members in spiritual guidance and quality of life.

In 2025, we also carried out a Street medical camp in the slums of Kampala district (Kawempe). This medical camp lasted for two days, where 650 people attended the camp and got treated, and many gave their lives to Christ.
