For many girls and women, the inability to obtain sanitary pads leads to school absenteeism, poor hygiene, health risks, shame, and loss of dignity. Some are forced to use unsafe materials or remain hidden during their monthly cycle, affecting their education, confidence, and future. Pad One Dream exists to break this cycle of disadvantage.
Through the provision of reusable sanitary pads, education on menstrual hygiene, and compassionate outreach, we help restore dignity, protect health, and empower women and girls to live confidently and continue their daily activities without fear or limitation. Our reusable pads are affordable, sustainable, and environmentally friendly, providing long-term support to vulnerable communities.
Menstrual Health Training
We train and sensitise young girls and women on proper menstrual hygiene and health.
Empowerment Through Skills
We empower young girls by teaching them how to make reusable sanitary pads, giving them practical skills for self-reliance.
